Robert Lacasse joined M.D. Steele Construction in 2024, bringing with him 16 years of experience in the construction industry. As a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.), Robert also holds certifications as a Construction Safety Officer (NCSO), NACE level 1 Coating Inspector and MTI Bridge and Highways Inspector.
Before joining M.D. Steele, Robert gained valuable experience working in various roles within a steel bridge fabrication and erection environment, including QC Inspector, Project Manager, and Construction Manager. This diverse background equips him with a solid foundation for overseeing the quality and execution of complex projects.
At M.D. Steele, Robert collaborates closely with the project team ensuring quality management systems and procedures are applied, promoting process improvements and contributing to solving unique project challenges.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending quality time with his family.
