Connie Glick

Connie has unrivaled energy from financial controller to manager of technology for the firm, Connie plays some key roles. Connie has been a part of the M.D. Steele family for nearly 15 years and her passion and pride for the team is infectious. Connie works with the leadership team on corporate finance, human resources and technology development. She started her career in manufacturing and has deep experience in construction finance, serving her well in the role of Controller.

Passionate about continuous development she values the companies commitment to education and contributions to the community.  Connie is an active volunteer and serves on the Board of Directors for Merit Manitoba.  Connie’s drive comes from being a mom. You may find her fishing at Lake of the Woods with her family or a golf course getting her mandatory daily workout.
