Connie Glick

Connie has unrivaled energy from Chief Financial Officer to manager of technology for the firm, filling some key roles. Connie has been a part of the M.D. Steele family for over 15 years and her passion and pride for the team is infectious. Connie works with the leadership team on corporate finance, human resources and technology development. She started her career in manufacturing and has deep experience in construction finance, serving her role well.

Passionate about continuous development she values the companies commitment to education, employee advancement and contributions to the community.  Connie is an active volunteer and serves on the Board of Directors for Merit Manitoba.  Connie’s drive comes from being a mom.  Outside of work you may find her fishing with her family or on a golf course, staying active and in nature is her way of keeping a clear mind to give the most back to the firm.
