Carley Brown

Office Manager

Carley’s title of Office Manager is a bit of an understatement. She is also the director of first impressions in our office, and often, the first face of M.D. Steele.  Carley comes from a background of running the family business which gives her a complete understanding of what it takes. Carley has been with M.D. Steele since 2015 and her role is a blend of human resources, accounting as well as assistant to all project managers, so she is involved in virtually all things M.D. Steele.  Carley is a natural host in her comfort zone when entertaining and multi-tasking so it fits her well.

Super strong organizationally with a passion for helping, Carley’s energy doesn’t end at work. A hockey Mom and gardening extraordinaire, Carley is always cool under pressure and smiles through it all.
